Shipping Instructions

Learn how to prepare and ship Pokémon bulk cards to BulkX using USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Boxes or an approved freight pallet pickup for qualifying collections of 250,000 or more cards.

Step 1

Preparing Cards

All submitted Pokémon cards must be English and Near Mint unless BulkX approves otherwise. Sort every category before packing.

Properly Packed Flat-Rate Box. Open USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box packed with approximately 7,200 Pokémon cards in vertical stacks.

Card Condition

  • Cards must be Near Mint and English only.
  • Cards outside the approved condition may be excluded from payment.
  • Excessive condition issues may result in return shipping at the seller’s expense.

Sleeves and Packaging

  • Remove individual penny sleeves from bulk cards.
  • EX/V and similar cards may remain sleeved.
  • Use team bags or resealable bags to secure EX/V categories in mixed boxes.

Shipping with USPS

USPS Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Boxes offer a fixed domestic price and can hold approximately 7,200 standard Pokémon cards when packed correctly.

Pack Cards Securely

  • Position cards vertically.
  • Build stacks of approximately 450 cards.
  • Arrange roughly 16 straight, even stacks.
  • Use sufficient tape on the bottom and seams.

Include Your Approved Buylist

  • BulkX invoice number
  • Counts for every category
  • Name, email, and phone number
  • Return shipping address
How to separate Pokémon card categories

Commons and Uncommons, Reverse Holos, Holo Rares, EX, V, and every other approved category must be kept in clearly identified groups.

Mixed Box Example

  • 6,750 Commons and Uncommons
  • 450 EX/V cards

Approved Separators

  • ETB dividers or index cards
  • Written labels or sticky notes on dividers
  • Team bags or resealable plastic bags
Important: Shipments requiring extensive manual sorting may be delayed or returned at the seller’s expense.
Multiple boxes: Place a copy of the buylist or a clearly marked identification sheet inside each individually shipped box.
Step 3

Free Pallet Pickup

Approved collections of 250,000 or more Pokémon cards may qualify for free freight pickup coordinated by BulkX.

⚠ Contact BulkX Before Building a Pallet Free pallet pickup is not automatic. Eligibility must be confirmed before building or scheduling a pallet.

Boxes and Pallet

  1. Use sturdy corrugated boxes or approved five-row storage boxes.
  2. Use a standard 48" × 40" freight pallet unless BulkX approves another size.
  3. Use a dry, structurally sound pallet without broken boards or protruding nails.

Load Evenly

  • Place the heaviest boxes on the bottom.
  • Keep each layer level and within the pallet footprint.
  • Do not allow boxes to overhang.
  • Avoid crushed or partially filled lower boxes.

Stretch-Wrap the Pallet

  • Anchor the wrap around the pallet base and wrap it several times.
  • Continue upward while overlapping each layer.
  • Wrap the top corners, then wrap downward for added stability.
  • Secure the boxes to the pallet, not merely to one another.
  • REQUIRED: Add corner protectors or pallet straps.

Step 4

After Arrival

BulkX matches your shipment to the approved buylist, verifies the cards, reviews discrepancies, and issues payment.

  1. BulkX confirms that the shipment was delivered.
  2. The package is matched to the seller’s approved buylist.
  3. The shipment is opened and inspected.
  4. Card conditions, quantities, and categories are verified.
  5. The verified submission is compared with the approved buylist.
  6. Any significant discrepancies are reviewed.
  7. Payment is issued using the seller’s approved payment method.
Processing time may vary based on shipment size, card organization, and the number of submissions being reviewed.
Final Review

USPS Flat-Rate Shipping

Complete these checks before mailing each individual box.

  • Card quantities closely match the approved submission.
  • All card categories are separated and clearly labeled.
  • Cards are Near Mint and English only.
  • A printed buylist is included inside each separately shipped box.
  • Name, contact information, and return address are included.
  • Each box is securely taped along the bottom and seams.
  • The USPS tracking receipt has been saved.

Freight Pallet Shipping

Complete these checks before an approved pallet pickup.

  • Card quantities closely match the approved submission.
  • All card categories are separated and clearly labeled.
  • Cards are Near Mint and English only.
  • Name, contact information, and return address are included.
  • Boxes are secured to the pallet with stretch wrap and corner protectors or straps.
  • The seller invoice and contact information are secured on top of the boxes, as shown in the photo.
  • BulkX has approved and coordinated the freight pickup before staging the pallet.
